This rare and iconic table by Carlo Mollino was a part of Greek art collector's Dakis Joannou collection up for auction at Christie's. Presale estimates were $150,000 to $200,00 USD. The table sold at auction for a record $3.8 million USD. WHAT RECESSION!!! Just make sure you don't throw out any Mollino tables you have lying around and make sure you use those coasters!!!
